By creating an account, listing a property, or using our website, you agree to the following terms:
1. Account Registration & Verification
- All users (Owners, Agents, or Agencies) must submit valid identification for verification before listings go live.
- ID submissions include: a clear copy of your Ghana Card (front and back), Passport, Driver’s License or Company Registration Certificate.
- BlueHouse reserves the right to approve, suspend, or remove users who provide false or misleading information.
2. Property Listings
- Listings must be accurate, current, and legally owned or authorized by the uploader.
- BlueHouse may verify listings before publishing to maintain trust and quality.
- Fraudulent or misleading listings will lead to account suspension or permanent removal.
3. Payments & Upgrades
- Paid plans (e.g., Pro or Agency plans) are non-refundable once activated.
- Fees and benefits may change as part of platform improvements; users will be notified in advance.
4. Data & Privacy
- Uploaded data and images are securely stored and used only for verification and listing purposes.
- We do not share your personal information with external parties without consent.

5. Liability
- BlueHouse is a digital listing platform and does not act as a property broker or agent.
- Transactions between users are at their own risk.
- BlueHouse will not be held responsible for disputes, payments, or losses arising from user-to-user dealings.
6. Changes to These Terms
- BlueHouse may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept any updated version.
